Maximized Home Time

Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time, averaging 46-53 hours, thanks to advanced analytics tracking.

Loyalty Pay

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days, distributed as follows: Week 1: $1,500; Week 2: $1,500 + mileage; 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage; 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• Starting CPM: $.53 (new drivers), $.54 (1-year loyalty), $.55 (2-year loyalty)

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
