• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

Maximized Home Time

Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours, thanks to our analytics ensuring better quality of life and family time.

Loyalty Pay

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days!
• Breakdown: $1,500 in week 1, $1,500 + mileage in week 2, $1,000 + mileage at 90 and 120 days.
• Base pay: $.53 CPM; Loyalty increases: $.54 CPM after 1 year, $.55 CPM after 2 years.

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
