CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (1-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Loyalty Pay:

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days with structured weekly bonuses
• Starting pay: $.53 CPM base, with increases based on loyalty (1-year: $.54 CPM, 2-years: $.55 CPM)

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
