• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience required.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.

• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200; 2 Years+ = $1,300

Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours. We track your home time with advanced analytics to ensure a better quality of life and family time.

Loyalty Pay Structure

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days, broken down as:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage

• Base pay starting at $.53 CPM
• One-year loyalty (previous company for one year): $.54 CPM
• Two-years loyalty: $.55 CPM

Job Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
