CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of line haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: 30 days - 2 years = $1,200; 2+ years = $1,300

Maximized Home Time

Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours. We use advanced analytics to ensure better quality of life and quality family time.

Driver Loyalty Pay

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in the first 120 days, broken down as:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 days: $1,000 + mileage
• Starting pay:
• Base: $0.53 CPM
• 1-year loyalty (previous employment): $0.54 CPM
• 2-years loyalty: $0.55 CPM

Job Requirements

• 1 year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
