Montgomery Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for OTR positions. Qualifications

• 1 year CDL-A OTR and 6 months of flatbed experience required.
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery of freight and safe handling of flatbed loads.
• Maintain logs and reports according to company standards.
• Participate in orientation and training as required.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay

• New Drivers Pay - $.53 CPM starting base pay
• 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) - $.54 CPM starting base pay
• 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) - $.55 CPM starting base pay
  
  

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Job Requirements:
