Montgomery makes sure your home time is MAXIMIZED! Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours!
Because we have invested in the best analytics to track our driver's home time, we ensure they get the quality time with their family they deserve.

Loyalty Pay Structure

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days!
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage

• Starting base pay: $.53 CPM
• 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year): $.54 CPM
• 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years): $.55 CPM

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
