Experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers: Choose how you want to be paid at Montgomery! Drive and earn with various commodities and lanes, offering flexibility with percentage or CPM pay options. Our fleet provides steady freight, support, and maximized home time, earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually.

Driver Benefits:

• Pay: $0.53 - $0.55 CPM + OD Pay, or 27% of Line Haul with increased weekly minimums
• Additional Advantages: $5,000 PATH TO SUCCESS pay in first 120 days, paid orientation, loyalty pay, 401(k), top equipment, rider & pet policies, insurance, paid vacation and holidays, referral bonuses
• Home Time: Guaranteed 34 hours, averaging 46-53 hours weekly

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No recent violations or DUI
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus
