Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year!

Responsibilities and Benefits

• Pay options: $70,000 - $75,000 annually, with base pay of $0.53 - $0.55 CPM + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure increase, or 27% of Line Haul with increased weekly minimum pay ($1,200 for 30 days - 2 years, $1,300 for 2+ years)
• Additional advantages include: $5,000 PATH TO SUCCESS PAY in the first 120 days, fully covered orientation (transportation, single rooms, meals), loyalty pay, 401(k) with employer match, top-tier equipment, rider & pet policies, affordable insurance options, paid vacation and holidays, and a $1,500 referral bonus.
• Maximized home time with an average of 46-53 hours off weekly, supported by analytics tracking.

Driver Loyalty Pay Structure

• Path to Success Pay totaling $5,000 in the first 120 days, broken down into weekly installments.
• Starting pay at $.53 CPM, with increases based on loyalty: $.54 CPM after 1 year, $.55 CPM after 2 years.

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
