Our Freedom to Choose fleet provides steady freight, strong support, and maximized home time, with pay options earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually.

  • Earn $70,000 - $75,000 per year
  • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure increase
  • OR choose 27% of Line Haul
  • Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 for 30 days - 2 years; $1,300 for over 2 years

Home Time & Analytics

Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time, averaging 46-53 hours. We use analytics to ensure quality home time for our drivers.

Loyalty Pay Structure

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in the first 120 days, broken down as follows:
  • Week 1: $1,500
  • Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
  • 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
  • 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• Starting CPM: $0.53
• 1-Year Loyalty: $0.54 CPM
• 2-Years Loyalty: $0.55 CPM

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus
