New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay: Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually; $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase; OR choose 27% of Line Haul; Increased weekly minimum pay for 30 days to 2 years = $1,200, and 2+ years = $1,300.

Additional Advantages:

• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid in the first 180 days! Includes weekly breakdowns and benefits like rental car or plane ticket, single rooms, meals, loyalty pay, 401(k) with employer match, top equipment, rider & pet policies, insurance options, paid vacation & holidays, and driver referral pay increased to $5,000.

Montgomery ensures your home time is maximized! Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours, averaging 46-53 hours due to analytics tracking.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• New Drivers: $.53 CPM; 1-Year Loyalty: $.54 CPM; 2-Years Loyalty: $.55 CPM.

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience.
• No more than three violations or accidents in the past three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required.
