CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:
  • Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually
  • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
  • Choose 27% of Line Haul
  • Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (1-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Driver Loyalty Pay:

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days, broken down weekly and at 90/120 days.
• Starting pay: $0.53 CPM; loyalty increases to $0.54 and $0.55 CPM after 1 and 2 years respectively.

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
