CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
• Annual earnings of $70,000 - $75,000
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: 30 days - 2 years = $1,200; over 2 years = $1,300

Maximized Home Time

Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours, thanks to advanced analytics tracking to ensure quality of life and family time.

Loyalty Pay Details

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in the first 120 days, broken down as:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• Starting pay:
• Base: $.53 CPM
• 1-Year Loyalty: $.54 CPM
• 2-Years Loyalty: $.55 CPM

Job Requirements:

• 1 year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
