Experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers: Choose how you want to be paid at Montgomery! Drive, earn, and enjoy flexibility with various commodities and lanes. Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers steady freight, support, and maximized home time, with pay options of percentage or cents-per-mile, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 annually, with base pay of $0.53 - $0.55 CPM plus OD Pay and a $0.01 CPM annual tenure increase, or 27% of Line Haul with increased weekly minimum pay ($1,200 for 30 days-2 years, $1,300 for over 2 years).

Additional Advantages:

• PATH TO SUCCESS PAY! $5,000 in the first 120 days.
• Orientation includes rental car or plane ticket, single rooms, and provided meals.

Home Time:

Guaranteed 34 hours, averaging 46-53 hours, backed by analytics to ensure quality time with family.

Loyalty Pay Structure:

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days, paid weekly and at 90 and 120 days.
• Starting pay at $.53 CPM, with increases based on loyalty (up to $.55 CPM).

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience.
• No more than three violations or accidents in three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus.
