With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with pay options of percentage or cents-per-mile, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200; 2 Years+ = $1,300

Additional Advantages:

• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid in first 180 days
• Week 1 = $1,500
• Week 2 = $1,200
• 120 Days = $2,300
• 180 Days = $5,000

Orientation Info:

• Rental car or plane ticket (depending upon driver’s domicile)
• Single rooms
• Breakfast, lunch, & dinner provided

Loyalty Pay, 401(k) w/ employer match, top equipment, rider & pet policy, affordable insurance, paid vacation & holidays, and driver referral pay increased to $5,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025).

Montgomery maximizes your home time! Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• New Drivers Pay - $.53 CPM
• 1-Year Loyalty - $.54 CPM
• 2-Years Loyalty - $.55 CPM

Requirements include 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience, clean driving record, and no recent DUIs. Experience hauling steel coil is a plus.
