Job summary

Montgomery Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers to join their team. Drivers can choose how they get paid with options for percentage or CPM, and are offered a competitive salary between $70,000 - $75,000 per year. Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience required.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive flatbed trucks, adhere to transportation regulations and safety guidelines.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of cargo while maintaining vehicle equipment.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!

• New Drivers Pay - $.53 CPM starting base pay
• 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) - $.54 CPM starting base pay
