Experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers: Choose your pay structure at Montgomery! Drive, earn, and enjoy flexibility with various commodities and lanes. Options include percentage or CPM pay, with earnings between $70,000 and $75,000 annually.

• Pay options:
• Base pay: $0.53 - $0.55 CPM + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM increase
• Or 27% of Line Haul with increased weekly minimum pay ($1,200 - $1,300)

Home Time

• Starting CPM based on loyalty: $.53, $.54, or $.55 for 1- or 2-year loyalty

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus
