Join Montgomery Transport as an experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver and choose how you want to be paid: percentage or CPM! Our fleet offers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, with earning potential of $70,000 - $75,000 annually.

Benefits and Compensation

• Annual earnings: $70,000 - $75,000
• Pay options: $0.53 - $0.55 CPM + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM increase OR 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (0-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)
• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days

Home Time and Work Schedule

Guaranteed 34 hours home time, averaging 46-53 hours, backed by analytics to ensure quality family time.

Driver Loyalty Pay Structure

• Path to Success Pay: $1,500 (Week 1), $1,500 + mileage (Week 2), $1,000 + mileage (90 & 120 days)
• Starting CPM: $.53; Loyalty increases to $.54 (1 year), $.55 (2 years)
