Our Freedom to Choose fleet provides steady freight, support, and maximized home time, with earning potential of $70,000 - $75,000 annually.

Benefits for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers include:

• Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• Option to choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (1-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Loyalty Pay Breakdown:

• Path to Success: $5,000 in first 120 days (distributed weekly and at 90/120 days)
• Starting pay: $.53 CPM; increases with loyalty: $.54 CPM (1 year), $.55 CPM (2 years)

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
