Truck Driver - Office Furniture Installer

Job Summary

Deliver office furniture in our 26' box truck. Install products under the supervision of the Foreman according to manufacturer specifications and customer plans, using power tools. Disassemble and remove office furniture, including cubicle systems, desks, and chairs.

Job Functions

1. Observe all safety policies and procedures.
2. Load or assist in loading products and equipment into the vehicle.
3. Install products with the team or contractors as assigned.
4. Assemble and service products using power tools.
5. Inspect products for damages or shortages and report issues.
6. Clean delivered and installed products.
7. Complete paperwork, including documenting issues and obtaining customer signatures.
8. Interact professionally with colleagues and customers.
9. Maintain attendance and appearance, including wearing appropriate uniforms.

• Ability to drive a 26' non-CDL box truck.
• Ability to read furniture plans and blueprints.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Education and Experience
