Position Description

Immediate opening for a Dedicated SOLO Non CDL Yard Driver at Ryder in Gaylord, MN. Join our team and enjoy competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Compensation and Schedule

• Weekly pay
• Hourly Pay: $28.00 CDL A / $25.00 Non CDL
• Hours per week: 36-48, depending on schedule
• $3000 Loyalty Bonus: $1500 at 6 months + $1500 at 1 year
• Paid training
• Schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next
• Start Time: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Safely handle and maneuver tractor trailers on the yard (no public road driving)
• Ensure compliance with safety and DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Assist with yard inventory and other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Verifiable experience in similar equipment: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in last 5 years, or 5 years in last 10 years
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, and DOT physical
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret regulations

Additional Information

• Endorsement: Tanker endorsement within 30-60 days (training and reimbursement provided)
• Trucks are 36 months or newer, with 24/7 roadside maintenance at over 800 facilities nationwide
