Ryder is hiring a NON-CDL Truck Driver in Columbus, OH to join a local home-daily route. You will operate box trucks up to 26', with 42+ hours weekly, paid training, and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Must have verifiable driving experience (6 months past 3 years or 2 years past 5 years or 5 years past 10 years).
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely within and comply with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in loading/unloading freight if required by customer.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal/state laws and regulations.

• Solo Stops Pay:$13.00 per Stop

• Start Time: 6:00 AM - 6:30 AM Dispatch

Requirements

  • 6 Months experience in the past 3 years, OR
