Job summary

APAC-AL, Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced CDL Driver to load, transport, and unload construction materials across Alabama. You will operate equipment safely, maintain records, and follow radio communications with the team.

The role requires Class B license, adherence to safety, and ability to perform minor maintenance. You will work as part of a field crew on projects and report to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Class B license required and safe operation of equipment.
• Must keep time and material records.
• Must follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of different types and sizes of aggregates.
• Ability to communicate effectively on the radio.
• Occasionally lift/move 10–30 lbs and perform basic maintenance.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload large quantities of water for compaction and dust control.
• Drive and operate truck to transport materials to job sites.
• Ensure the efficient working condition of the equipment; perform minor servicing.
• Follow safety protocols and communicate with supervisor as needed.
• Keep accurate time and material records and report issues promptly.
