Truck Driver/Material Handler (Finance)

Job Details:

Description:

This role involves driving between our two Distribution Centers, transporting materials, loading/unloading trucks, and related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Drive trucks with a clutch, maneuver to dock locations
• Move freight and materials using trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Read shipping documents/manifests
• Load/unload rolls of material, secure cargo
• Lift and carry fabric rolls up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Push, pull, lift tubs of parts up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with RF scanners preferred
• Warehouse experience a plus
• Ability to drive a clutch truck and maneuver to dock
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Effective communication skills
• Dependability and responsibility

Physical Requirements:

• Perform physical activities like lifting, climbing, walking, handling materials
• Operate trucks and mechanized equipment
• Lift up to 80 lbs.
• Stand and walk for 8 hours
