Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking experienced long haul drivers for our Navarre, OH facility. You’ll operate automatic sleepers, haul manufactured materials on specialized trailers across the U.S., with Canada travel preferred, and you’ll be home two nights a week.

Compensation includes up to $0.70 per mile hub miles, a $0.05 CPM safety/fuel bonus, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits such as health care and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensure: Class A CDL.
• Clean Driving Record required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver manufactured material on specialized trailers, then go home two nights a week.
• Operate automatic sleeper trucks across the U.S. with Canada travel preferred.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in dealer interactions.

We get you home two nights a week. Your mileage pay is the same whether you’re loaded or unloaded. Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with our dealers.

Education And Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensure: Class A Commercial Driver License.

Pay And Benefits

• Up to $.70 CPM (hub miles).
• Safety and fuel bonus program $.05 CPM (hub miles).

Compensation

Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 per week (estimated) – $78,000 – $130,000 per year (estimated)

Actual earnings vary based on mileage driven, route assignments, and other performance factors. This range reflects typical weekly earnings for full‑time over‑the‑road drivers and includes base pay plus mileage incentives. Additional perks and benefits may also contribute to overall compensation.
