Job summary

GEX Transport in California is hiring Class A truck drivers with daily home time, reliable miles and strong benefits. The position requires a CDL A and a clean motor vehicle record, with no touch freight and typically 1–2 stops per day across Los Angeles Basin, Inland Empire, Orange County and San Diego County.

Expect a 6‑day work week with morning or evening shifts. Weekly pay ranges from $1,660 to $2,150, plus a $1,000 holiday start bonus.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 months Over the Road or Regional experience.

Pay:

$1660 to $2150 per week., Offering a Holiday Start Bonus $1,000.

Home Daily:

6 day work week schedule., morning and evening shift available.

Delivery Locations:

Areas include: Los Angeles Basin, Inland Empire, Orange County and San Diego County.

Load:

Drivers will haul no touch freight and typically make 1 to 2 stops per day, and 1700 weekly miles.

Duties:

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen., Urine and Hair Follicle Test.
• Moving Violation: No more 3 in the last 3 years. No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations, in past 3 years. No Reckless Driving Violations, in past 5 years.
• Accident: No major preventable accidents in a CMV in the the past 5 years. Rollover. Personal vehicle or company vehicle count. No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years.
• Terminations: Drivers termed from their last 2 Driving position, Class A or B will not qualify.
• Felonies and Misdemeanors: Class A Felony, Must be 10 years old from the date of arrest/conviction and be reviewed. Class B or C, Must be outside 7 years from the conviction date.
• DUI/DWI: No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever. No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime. No DUI's within the past 5 years.
