Penske Logistics LLC in Louisville, KY is hiring Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers. Drive locally, home daily, delivering parts to automotive dealerships with 45–50 hours weekly.

Average earnings around $76,000 per year with performance incentives up to $10,400. You'll operate late model Penske trucks with in-cab cameras for safety, scan deliveries with a handheld device, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including PTO from day 1, retirement plans,

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL; domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence.
• DOT medical card (non-excepted interstate) required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency required by federal law.
• Willingness to work the stated schedule and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailers using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.
• Complete 25 to 30 stops per week.

What you will do:

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
• 25 to 30 stops per week

Schedule:

• Dispatch time 11:15PM
• 5-day schedule - Sunday through Thursday
• Average 45 to 50 hours per week
• Home daily

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske maintained trucks

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
