Sunoco LP is hiring a Truck Driver to load, transport, and unload petroleum products across customer sites in the Huntington, Indiana area. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient delivery with adherence to DOT rules.

Qualified candidates will have 18 months of Class A experience, a current CDL with X endorsement (Tanker/Hazmat), and the ability to pass DOT and medical requirements. Willingness to obtain TWIC as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 18 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL with X endorsement (Tanker and Hazmat) is required.
• Must pass a current DOT physical and possess DOT Medical Certificate.
• Must be willing to obtain TWIC card depending on location.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload gasoline tank truck safely.
• Transport loaded vehicle to assigned delivery point.
• Prepare and document activities per Federal DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the loading, transporting, and unloading of petroleum products at Sunoco and customer locations. The driver must have a strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance, DOT regulations and obeying federal, state, and local laws.

Duties

• Be able to safely load and unload a gasoline tank truck
• Be able to safely transport loaded vehicle to assigned delivery point
• Be able to prepare and document activities in accordance with Federal D.O.T. Regulations and Company Policies and Procedures
• Be able to perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle
• Must be able to work rotating or various shift schedules

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Eighteen (18) months of verifiable Class A driving experience

• Must possess and maintain a D.O.T. Medical Certificate and meet FMCSA Medical Standards
• Must be able and willing to obtain TWIC card (depending on location)
