Job Description

What you'll need to succeed as a Truck Driver at XPO

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license
• Safe driving record and history
• Willing to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
• Available for a flexible schedule up to 12-14 hours, including day, night, and weekend shifts

Minimum Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL
• Safe driving record
• Endorsements within 90 days of employment
• Pass a DOT drug test with no recent positives or refusals
• DOT Medical Certification or pass physical
• Flexible schedule availability

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience

About XPO

• This is a Motor Carrier Act Exempt position
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples
• Provide excellent customer service and generate sales leads
• Load/unload freight; lift objects of various sizes (up to 50 lbs. regularly, >75 lbs. occasionally)
• Safely climb in/out of trucks and operate heavy equipment and forklifts
• Walk, stand, reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, kneel on various surfaces, including outdoors in inclement weather
• Operate a tractor-trailer for up to 11 hours in all weather conditions, safely transporting materials
