Benefits for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers:

1. Pay:
   • Average $72,000 - $83,000 annually
   • $1,500 per week
   • Plus accessorials
2. Orientation Pay:
   • Increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

3. Orientation Details:
   • Rental car or plane ticket (based on driver’s domicile)
   • Single rooms provided

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025)
• Payment milestones:
  • $1,000 for first load
  • $1,000 after 90 days
  • $1,500 after 120 days
  • $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation Pay Breakdown:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
