Job Opportunity: CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver - Midwest Regional

Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time with our Midwest regional routes. The role provides an average annual income of $72,000 - $83,000.

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025)
• Breakdown: $1,000 after first load, $1,000 at 90 days, $1,500 at 120 days, and $1,500 at 180 days

Orientation Pay Details:

• Paid in the first 180 days: $10,000 total
• Weekly breakdown: Week 1: $1,500; Week 2: $1,200; 120 Days: $2,300; 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience, with a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not mandatory
