Benefits for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers

• Pay:
• Average $72,000 - $83,000 per year
• $1,500 per week
• Plus accessorials
• Orientation Pay:
• Increased to $10,000 (from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

• Paid in installments: $1,500 in week 1, $1,200 in week 2, totaling $2,300 at 120 days, and $5,000 at 180 days

Requirements for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
