Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers regional routes in the Midwest, providing steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time. The role offers an average annual pay of $72,000 - $83,000.

Benefits:

1. Pay:
   • Average $72,000 - $83,000 per year
   • $1,500 per week plus accessorials
2. Orientation Pay:
   • Increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days
   • Details include rental car or plane ticket, single rooms, and provided meals
3. Home Time: Every weekend
4. Additional Benefits: 401(k) with employer match, top-tier equipment, rider & pet policies, affordable insurance options, paid vacation and holidays
5. Driver Referral Pay:
   • Increased to $5,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025)
   • Payments structured at $1,000 after first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, and $1,500 after 180 days

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
