CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Midwest Regional Benefits:

1. Pay:

   1. Drivers average $72,000 - $83,000 per year!
   2. $1,500 per week
   3. Plus accessorials

2. NEW Orientation Pay:

   1. Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid within the first 180 days!

3. Orientation info:

   1. Rental car or plane ticket (depending on driver’s domicile)
   2. Single rooms
   3. Breakfast, lunch, & dinner provided
4. Home every weekend

   4. 180 Days = $1,500

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Orientation Pay:

1. Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid within the first 180 days!

   1. Week 1: $1,500
   2. Week 2: $1,200
   3. 120 Days: $2,300
   4. 180 Days: $5,000

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

1. 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed experience
2. No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
3. No DUI in the past 10 years
4. Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not required
