Job Opportunity: CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver - Midwest Regional

Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers the opportunity to work with steady freight, excellent support, and maximum home time on our Midwest regional routes, with an average annual pay of $72,000 to $83,000.

Benefits include:

• Average annual pay of $72,000 - $83,000, with $1,500 weekly plus accessorials
• Increased orientation pay of $10,000 (paid within the first 180 days)

Driver Referral Program:

• Referral pay increased to $5,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)
• Payments include $1,000 for the first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, and $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation Pay Details:

• Paid in the first 180 days: $10,000 total, distributed as follows:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• By 120 days: $2,300
• By 180 days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
