Job Opportunity: CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver - Midwest Regional

Montgomery Transport is seeking CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for our Midwest regional routes. We offer steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, with an average annual pay of $72,000 - $83,000.

Benefits include:

• Average pay: $72,000 - $83,000 per year, or $1,500 per week plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Program:

Orientation Details:

• Paid in weekly installments: $1,500 (Week 1), $1,200 (Week 2), totaling $2,300 at 120 days, and $5,000 at 180 days

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
