Benefits:

• Pay:
• Average $72,000 - $83,000 annually
• $1,500 per week plus accessorials
• Orientation Pay:
• $10,000 (paid within the first 180 days, from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025)
• Breakdown: $1,000 for first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, and $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation Pay Details:

• Paid in weekly installments: $1,500 (Week 1), $1,200 (Week 2), totaling $2,300 at 120 days, and $5,000 after 180 days

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
