Driver Referral Pay:

Orientation Pay Breakdown:

• Total $10,000, paid in the first 180 days
• Weekly breakdown: Week 1: $1,500, Week 2: $1,200, 120 Days: $2,300, 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
