Job Opportunity: CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver - Midwest Regional

Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximum home time with our Midwest regional routes. The role provides an average annual pay of $72,000 - $83,000.

Benefits include:

• Average pay: $72,000 - $83,000 per year, $1,500 weekly plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Pay:

Orientation Pay Details:

• Paid in weekly installments: Week 1: $1,500, Week 2: $1,200, 120 Days: $2,300, 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
