Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025)
• Payment milestones: $1,000 on first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, and $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation Pay Breakdown:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• Within 120 days: $2,300
• Within 180 days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience, with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil experience is a plus but not required
