Midwest Regional CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver

Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, excellent support, and maximum home time with our Midwest regional routes, averaging $72,000 - $83,000 annually.

Benefits include:

• Average annual pay of $72,000 - $83,000, with weekly earnings of $1,500 plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Pay:

• Referral bonus increased to $5,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025)
• Breakdown: $1,000 for first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, and $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation Pay Schedule:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• Within 120 days: $2,300
• Within 180 days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience, with 6 months in flatbed
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the last 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not mandatory
