Job Opportunity: CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver - Midwest Regional

Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, excellent support, and maximum home time with our Midwest regional routes, averaging $72,000 - $83,000 per year!

New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (Effective 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

Benefits:

• Pay:
• Average $72,000 - $83,000 annually
• $1,500 per week + accessorials
• Orientation Pay:
• Increased to $10,000 (paid within the first 180 days)

• Orientation includes:
• Rental car or plane ticket (based on domicile)

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025)
• Breakdown:
• $1,000 for first load
• $1,000 after 90 days
• $1,500 after 120 days
• $1,500 after 180 days

Driver & Orientation Pay Details:

• Pay increased to $10,000, paid in the first 180 days
• Weekly breakdown:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus, but not mandatory
