Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, excellent support, and maximum home time on our Midwest regional routes, with an average annual salary of $72,000 - $83,000.

Driver Referral Pay:

Orientation Pay Details:

• Increased to $10,000 (paid in the first 180 days)
• Weekly breakdown:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
