Benefits for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers:

• Pay: Drivers average $72,000 - $83,000 per year, $1,500 per week, plus accessorials
• Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000 (paid in the first 180 days), details in our CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Orientation Pay section below

Driver Referral Pay:

Orientation Pay Details:

• Total $10,000 (paid in the first 180 days):
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
