Montgomery Transport is hiring CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for our Midwest regional routes. We offer steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, with an average annual pay of $72,000 - $83,000.

Benefits include:

• Average pay: $72,000 - $83,000 per year, $1,500 weekly plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), paid in the first 180 days

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025)
• First load: $1,000
• 90 Days: $1,000
• 120 Days: $1,500

Orientation Pay Details:

• Paid in the first 180 days: $10,000 total
• Weekly breakdown: Week 1: $1,500; Week 2: $1,200; 120 Days: $2,300; 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
