CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Midwest Regional Benefits:

1. Pay:

   • Drivers average $72,000 - $83,000 per year!
   • $1,500 per week
   • Plus accessorials

2. NEW Orientation Pay:

   • Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid within the first 180 days!

3. Orientation info:

   • Rental car or plane ticket (depending on driver’s domicile)
   • Single rooms
   • Breakfast, lunch, & dinner provided

Driver Referral Pay:

  • $1,000 for first load
  • $1,000 after 90 days
  • $1,500 after 120 days
  • $1,500 after 180 days

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Orientation Pay:

• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (Effective from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid within the first 180 days!

  • Week 1: $1,500
  • Week 2: $1,200
  • 120 Days: $2,300
  • 180 Days: $5,000

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
