• Drivers average $72,000 - $83,000 per year
• $1,500 per week
• Plus accessorials

• Orientation Pay:
• Increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 – 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

• Paid in installments: $1,500 (Week 1), $1,200 (Week 2), $2,300 (up to 120 days), $5,000 (up to 180 days)

Requirements for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
