• Average pay: $72,000 - $83,000 per year, or $1,500 weekly plus accessorials
• Increased orientation pay to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

• No more than three violations or accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
