Job Opportunity: CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver - Midwest Regional

Join Montgomery Transport and enjoy steady freight, excellent support, and maximum home time with our Midwest regional routes. We offer competitive pay averaging $72,000 - $83,000 annually, along with various benefits.

Benefits:

• Pay: $1,500 per week plus accessorials, averaging $72,000 - $83,000 per year
• Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000 (from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid during the first 180 days
• Orientation Details: Rental car or plane ticket (based on domicile), single rooms, meals provided
• Home Time: Every weekend
• Additional Benefits: 401(k) with employer match, top-tier equipment, rider & pet policies, affordable health insurance, paid vacation and holidays

Driver Referral Program:

• Referral bonus increased to $5,000 (from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)
• Bonus breakdown: $1,000 for first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, and $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation Pay Breakdown:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience, with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not mandatory
