Qualifications

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Transport freight safely and efficiently on Midwest regional routes.
• Follow all safety regulations and maintain logs as required by DOT.
• Participate in driver orientation and training programs.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Orientation Pay:

• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid in first 180 days!
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
